EDF International is the overseas investment arm of the EDF Group, one of the world largest power utilities having established a significant foothold in Asia through its continuous presence over many years by way of industrial partnership or bringing its unique expertise to local companies, especially in Vietnam. Its activities in Vietnam ranges from consultancy on power distribution network solution to construction of the Phu My 2.2 plant, using some of the most advanced and proven technologies, while also relying substantially on local contractors, thus accompanying the development of the Vietnamese economy.

SUMITOMO Corporation not only conducts commodity transactions but also provides related customers with various financing, serves as an organizer and a coordinator for various projects, and invests in businesses from the information industry to the retailing industry. Consistent with this long term growth policy, Sumitomo has committed itself to IPP projects worldwide, through its subsidiary Summit Global Management II B.V.

TEPCO is the biggest power company in Japan, providing electricity to more than 27 million customers in Kanto area, including Tokyo. While its major service is to secure the power supply to said region, TEPCO also supports IPP businesses in Asia, Australia and Middle East via its subsidiary, TEPCO International, eyeing to exercise its long time experience in power business.
